To schedule a massage appointment with me, simply book online! Select the Book Now button, and follow the instructions to book anywhere from 12 hours to a month in advance. For same day availability, please instead call 510-268-0443.
Cancellations. I understand that life happens, and sometimes, you need to cancel your appointment. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no charge, or less than 24 hours in advance for a 50% charge. To cancel your appointment, please follow the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If this doesn't work for any reason, call 510-268-0443 to cancel.
Think You Might Be Getting A Cold? If you are sick, PLEASE CANCEL at any time, free of charge. (This is the one exception to my cancellation policy.) When you are sick, you expose not only me but any number of clients that I see, many of whom are already dealing with painful injuries. Please prevent me from unwittingly playing the role of ‘Typhoid Mary’ by calling 510-268-0443 to cancel. We’ll reschedule later, at your convenience.
Running Late? If you are unexpectedly running a few minutes late for an appointment, call 510-268-0443. Please leave a message. (I may be with another client).
No Shows. No shows make me sad! (And sadly, you will have kept someone else from filling your appointment time, and so 100% of the fees for your scheduled service will be charged to your credit card.)
Appointment Changes. If you need to change your appointment, please use the link at the end of your confirmation email to cancel and then reschedule. If you are having trouble doing so, call 510-268-0443 or email.
Payment. I prefer cash, but I’m happy to also accept credit cards and personal checks. Just note that there’s a $25 fee for bounced checks.
Discounts. Please note that you can use only one discount per session.
Product Sales Are Final. I offer a select number of massage-related items for sale, available for purchase in the studio after your massage session. Product sales are final except for one case: if you take a product home and find that it is defective, please contact me for an exchange.
Privacy. Your privacy is important to me! I will never share your personal information with a third party, for any reason.
